| Photo & Signature | - The candidate’s photograph must be a recent passport-size photo with a light or white background. The face should be clearly visible, and the candidate must not wear a cap, goggles, or mask.

| Aadhaar Card | - The Aadhaar number is required at the time of form filling, and the original Aadhaar card must be produced during PET and document verification.

| 10th Class Marksheet | - This document is used as proof of Date of Birth and educational qualification.

| Caste / Category Certificates (If Applicable) | - Candidates must possess a valid SC/ST certificate, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) certificate, or EWS certificate of the latest financial year, as applicable. The certificate must be issued in the government-prescribed format.

| PwBD / Disability Certificate (If Applicable) | - Candidates must have a Benchmark Disability Certificate issued by an authorized medical board, with the disability percentage clearly mentioned.
